Fortuna Interiors LLC provides interior design and related services as described on our Site. Services may include, but are not limited to, interior design consultations, project planning, product selection, procurement services, and design implementation.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms means you accept the changes.

To access certain features of our Site or services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep this information updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Fees for our services are as described on our Site or in a service agreement. All payments are due as specified in invoices or service agreements.

Our refund policy is as follows:

• Initial consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been scheduled.
• If you cancel a scheduled consultation with more than 48 hours' notice, you may reschedule once without additional fees or receive a credit toward future services.
• Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will not be eligible for rescheduling, refund, or credit.

• All deposits and retainer fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• For fixed-fee services, payments are structured in installments tied to project milestones as outlined in your service agreement.
• Once work has commenced on any project milestone, the corresponding payment for that milestone is non-refundable.
• If Fortuna Interiors LLC terminates services prior to completion for reasons other than client breach, you will receive a prorated refund for incomplete portions of work based strictly on the percentage of deliverables not yet provided.

• For items procured on your behalf: 
  • Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable once ordered.
  • Stock items may be returnable subject to the manufacturer's or vendor's return policies, less a 25% restocking and administrative fee.
  • Any return shipping costs are the client's responsibility.
  • Refunds for returned items will be processed only after we receive confirmation of the returned item's receipt and condition from the vendor.

• No refunds will be issued for delays or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, or labor disputes.

• All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [your-email@domain.com] within 7 calendar days of the triggering event.
• Refund requests must include your full name, project reference number, original payment details, and specific reason for the request.
• Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed, and may take up to 30 business days to process.

By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to these refund terms. For custom project arrangements, specific refund terms in your signed service agreement will supersede these general terms where applicable.

All content on the Site, including designs, text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Fortuna Interiors LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal or internal business purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Modify, reproduce, or distribute any content from our Site
• Use our designs or concepts without proper compensation and agreement
• Use any content for commercial purposes without our express consent

While we retain rights to our design concepts and work, clients retain ownership of materials specifically paid for as deliverables, as detailed in individual service agreements.

Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors including client responsiveness, third-party vendor availability, and unforeseen circumstances.

Clients agree to:

• Provide timely feedback and approvals
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule
• Provide access to spaces as required for service delivery
• Inform us promptly of any concerns or required changes

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FORTUNA INTERIORS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SITE OR SERVICES.
